The Grace (“The Grace”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides private lifestyle management and luxury concierge services across Italy, France and Monaco. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with the same discretion we bring to every aspect of our work. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the “GDPR”).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The Grace acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any question about this policy or about how your data is processed, contact us at thegrace.clients@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data we need to respond to your enquiry and provide our services.
Data you provide through our consultation form
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The details of your request or enquiry
- Your consent to this Privacy Policy
Data collected automatically
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics through privacy-friendly analytics.
- With your consent, cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation — on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a service agreement (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To provide and manage our concierge services once engaged — on the basis of the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To understand and improve our website — on the basis of your consent for analytics and marketing cookies, and our legitimate interest in cookieless, aggregated statistics (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To comply with legal obligations — where required by applicable law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. How we share your data
We never sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers who act on our behalf and under contract, such as our website host and form provider, and our analytics and communication tools. Where we engage a partner to fulfil a specific request on your behalf, we share only the information strictly necessary to deliver that service. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and for any period required to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When your data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
6. Cookies and analytics
When you first visit our website, a consent banner lets you choose which categories of cookies to allow. We group them as follows:
- Necessary — required for the site to function and for cookieless, aggregated analytics that do not identify you. These are always active.
- Analytics — help us understand how the site is used (for example Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity). Loaded only if you accept.
- Marketing — used to measure the performance of our campaigns (for example the Meta Pixel). Loaded only if you accept.
Analytics and marketing technologies run only after you give consent, using Google Consent Mode. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the cookie settings on the site.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- Restrict or object to the processing of your data;
- Request the portability of the data you provided to us;
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at thegrace.clients@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by law.
8. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to your data is limited to those who need it to serve you.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
